Position: Finance Executive (Selangor - Cyberjaya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Account Payable and Account Receivables management and its related bookkeeping, correspondence and reconciliation work.
• Create, verify and transmit electronic invoices to customers / vendors.
• Liaise with vendors and customers as well as internal departments regarding AP & AR issues.
• Perform bank reconciliations as well as reconciliations between various systems.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Assist in annual audit and company secretarial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/ Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Confident and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Analytical, meticulous & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills with exposure to Computerized accounting systems and Ms. Office
• 6,Good command of spoken and written English.
